Yes! Zeta is a global company with a mix of remote and hybrid employees, so your work setup will depend on the role, team needs, and where you're based. If you live within driving distance of one of our offices, you'll follow a hybrid schedule—typically in-office three days a week. If you're not near an office and your position does not require in-person attendance, you'll fall under a remote work structure.

Employees who are scheduled to work 30+ hours a week are eligible for the Zeta Benefits Program starting the first of the month, following their date of hire. We offer three flexible medical plans through Cigna (with both in and out-of-network coverage) and California-based employees also have additional HMO options through Kaiser Permanente.
We trust our employees to manage their time and workload responsibly. To that end, Zeta has adopted a Flexible Time Off Policy, giving exempt full-time employees the freedom to take time off as needed—be it for vacation, illness, or otherwise—without a fixed number of days. You'll also receive time off for holidays as well as volunteer days.
Note: Part-time and temporary employees, even if exempt, are not eligible for Flex Time Off.
